Festival of Trees Stampin’ Up! Bundle
Every month I hold a craft class at my local library in Heysham, Lancashire and this month we focused on the Festival of Trees stamp set and coordinating punch from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn-Winter Catalogue 2014. (If you would like a free personal copy please get in touch.) A full list of my class dates can be found on the Classes page.
The stamp set comes in a dvd style case, with wonderful Photopolymer stamps inside, these are brand new transparent stamps. The artwork image above displays the stamps. I love this style because it allows you to be very creative and marry up the stamps, dressing the trees with tinsel or baubles, add a bird, a star and pot! There’s many different designs to create and then, you can cut it out with the coordinating punch too.
The stamp set and the punch are available individually, but why would you want to do that, when you can order both in a bundle and save 15%! I do love the bundles!
The first card above is made using the scrummy colour that is Cherry Cobbler and paired with Gold Foil and the Under the Tree Specialty Designer Series Paper.
I’ve used some of the Large Pearls and coloured them in using a Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities Marker Pen. This has got to be my favourite thing to do with the Blendabilities Markers, I could just colour pearls and gems to my hearts content.
Lastly we made these cute little boxes using the Gift Box Punch Board. We made the smallest box that is given on the board, starting with a 6″ x 6″ piece of card stock. The boxes are self closing and decorated with a Gold Foil tag and a tag using the Scallop Tag Punch.
