When I first saw the new Annual Catalogue for 2017-201, I HAD to have the new Happy Birthday thinlits. It’s so fun and something new!

Sneak Peek at the new Happy Birthday Thinlits from Stampin' Up! UK Sarah Berry Demonstrator

Don’t you just love the font? It’s curly without being over the top, and the cut out just slipped out perfectly. The cut-out measures 8.3 x 7.6 cm, so you can see it happily sits on an A6 sized card. I’ve teamed the die cut shape up with a new In Colour called Tranquill Tide. I’ve used a little piece of the Eastern Palace pattern paper so it all matches. 😀

The wash of colour in the background was done by adding a drop of water to the Tranquill Tide ink and painting the paper with the Aqua Painter. The splashes of gold foil shapes are from the Eastern Gold Vinyl Stickers. I’ve just used a few here because a little sparkle is always good!

I’ve used my Fine Tip Glue Pen to adhere the die cut to the card, you just need a few dabs, a little goes a long way. The sprinkle of glitter is from the Wink of Stella pen.
