Sarah Berry Stampin’ Up! UK Independent Demonstrator | Wedding Anniversary card using the Best Birds stamp set and dies from Stampin’ Up!

Hello! Today I have a Wedding Anniversary card for you, I used a different bird in the video than I’d intended, but actually, I’m really pleased with it. The Best Birds stamp set and framelits isn’t a new collection of products, I’d say it’s been around a couple of years now, but actually, I think it’s overlooked. It’s got some great sentiments in the set and also a great variety of birds and framelits to go with it too.

My colour palette for today is calm and muted, Sahara Sand is always my go-to colour for this look! As always I love how everything coordinates, that is the beauty of Stampin’ Up! products! I hope you’re enjoying my videos, I hope today’s is no different.

Thank you for visiting me again today! Will you be crafting? I’m making a start of labels up the new Spring Summer Catalogues all 900 of them are sat over there looking at me! I had a little helper to stack them up with me. Adam enjoyed every minute of it! Look how proud he is! Now to teach him to learn to label straight and bag up and I’m onto a winner! 😀 Haha!

  1. Good morning Sarah!

The ‘Best Birds’ bundle is one of my all-time favourite stamps & dies bundles – it’s a keeper! I love this ‘quick ‘n’ easy’ card that you’ve made with them, especially as you’ve kept everything neutral, which is especially refreshing as we have all been stampin’ for Christmas since July!!

I love this colour scheme which I will have to use more of, and variations of, in-between now and getting ready for UK’s Spring & Easter festivities.

I love our ‘Neutrals’ colour family, which I have just recently been researching into through the S’U! archives – good timing there Sarah! When stamped ‘second / third generation’ they coordinate perfectly with our ‘Subtles’ family when they, in turn, are stamped ‘first generation’. 😉 I’d love to see two or three old creams and mid-dark browns return to our pallette, but as the In-colours because I can’t decide which ones I’d swap them with! I’m looking forward to seeing what the 2018 – 2020 ones will be!
    Best wishes,
    Christine xOx

    1. P.S. Good job Adam! Sarah – you could make Adam a template from a catalogue sized sheet of dark cardstock / chipboard, with a window cut out slightly larger than the label, where you want him to stick it! 😋. Good Luck Go for it Team Berry!! 😘
