Sarah Berry Stampin’ Up! UK Independent Demonstrator | Global Design Project – Case the Designer #GDP168

This week it’s Case the Designer week at the Global Design Project. Today it’s my turn to be cased, so my fellow team members have made their projects today inspired by my Wishing You Well wreath.

Every Monday, a new challenge goes live at 12AM GMT and we invite you to join in and design a project with us. Please do leave me a comment, I’d love to hear from you!

It was a bit of a challenge to case myself, but I’ma huge fan of a wreath card, so I thought I’d give it a go in a slightly different way. With my Big Shot machine and circle collection framelits, I die cut one of the larger circles. I used the negative image that it created, (which would be the waste) as a template.

I sat the template down over my card, placing it in the position that I wanted. I then inked up on elf the stamps from the First Frost stamp set, and so it only partially stamped onto my base. It’s pretty cool when you lift that template away to reveal your circle wreath.

I will be demonstrating this card on today’s Facebook LIVE Stamping, over on my Facebook Page.

The decoration is the smaller flower stamp from the First Frost stamp set, along with the coordinating framelits for the leaves. The Congratulations was stamped onto a strip of cardstock and then run over my bone folder over it to give it some shaping.

Thanks for visiting, you can find lots more projects made using this colour scheme from our talented design team at the Global Design Project. Why not have a go yourself and upload your design to the challenge? Have your entry in by 7am GMT, next Monday 17th December 2018, the winner will be announced that day.
