Welcome back to my new theme, Simple Sundays. Every Sunday, I’ll be sharing a quick and easy handmade card design with you, which requires minimal supplies but still creates a lovely little card.
This week I have chosen a much loved and well-used stamp set of mine, Butterfly Gala! Butterfly Gala was released in January 2019 and everyone wanted one! So much so, we had a long waiting list for this stamp set and butterfly punch pairing. It was incredible to see how popular it was, I think the coordinating punch and the different combinations of butterflies you can make are fun.
To create today’s Simple Sunday card, I’ve taken the second smallest stitched square, from the Stitched Shapes Dies, and die-cut four patterns from the new Flowers for Every Season Pattern Paper. I then glued these squares in place with my Stampin’ Seal tape runner.
The greeting, ‘a little note’ was stamped in our Memento Black ink underneath and off to the right. Lastly, I decorated the squares with a couple of butterflies from the Butterfly Gala stamp set, and also some silver pearls from the Metallic Pearls pack.
