It’s Saturday! Our boys have enjoyed their first 3 days back at school and the house has been quiet without them. Our youngest said, “We get to go back to school Mummy, and you and Daddy will get some SILENCE!” Haha!
I’m still exploring the In The Pines Bundle, if you watched my Facebook Live yesterday, you’ll have seen a sneak peek of this card at the end of the video. It’s a little different because it has a window in the shape of a tree, which was cut with one of the dies found in the set.
I love that you can see the shine of gold foil in the background. On top, I’ve continued the gold theme and added some Gold Gilded Gems. They come in three different sizes in the pack, so they’re perfect to give the look of different sized baubles on the tree.
I’ve stamped a row of smaller trees behind the oval in Night of Navy and also in the inside of the card. I’ve added a couple of rounded corners with the Detailed Trio Punch.
